I watched the David Milgaard video and for the reasons discussed I believe he was inexperienced person because there was no direct evidence towards him, Larry fisherman is much likely the killer, and not enough proof was attached to put David Milgaard in jail.
Even though there was estimable evidence that baksheesh to David Milgaard, there was no evidence that lead directly to him. For example, when the blade used to kill Nurse Gail milling machine was found, there were no fingerprints on it to verify is was David Milgaard. likewise when the product line type of the killer happened to be the same as David Milgaard, that is solace is not a reason to believe it was him because a fold of battalion incur the same blood type as eachother. Another good reason to why David Milgaard is innocent is because steady though the handle that the little boy found was near David Milgaards house it does not mean it was him because it was not found on his property, just near the area. My other dispute on why David Milgaard is innocent is because Larry fisher was more likely to be the killer if they would have investigated him.
He was more likely to be the killer because in front Nurse Gail Miller was pillaged and murdered, Larry fisherman had been arrested for raping and murdering women weeks before the murder. Also the video shown us that Larry fisher had told a prisoner by the name of Brett Morgan that The best way to not get caught for murdering individual is to let someone else take the blame for it. This statement relates to the curse because I believe David Milgaard is taking the blame for the crime Larry Fisher comitted. The final reason why I think Larry Fisher committed the crime is because the video even showed him admitting to Brett Morgan that he raped and murdered Nurse Miller.
