Overall situation:


The program has gotten off to an amazing start. The students entertain performed well sequence at their wrinkle web sites. They cast been receptive and engaged during the job readiness training component. Jose and the Pyramid Atlantic team, has put unneurotic an excellent set of skills and projects for the students to complete. We are continuing to monitor and judge the students performance on their job site through the weekly evaluations.

Participant Concerns:

There train been some challenges with the youth that we concord been addressing individually and with the collective group. The concerns expressed by Jose and his team have been:

In terms of individual concerns the following students have been placed on a contract based on their behaviours:

The youth that are targeted for Holy Cross have had some concerns due to the while lapse from the last time we met with them, until now in terms of the start date of their cohort. We have stayed in contact with them at least weekly via email. all in all have been responsive and are eager to start their internship.
